With Thiago’s blessing and Flick’s approval, Barcelona have made a swift move and Deco, the club’s sporting director, is racing towards the finish line to negotiate a loan deal with Liverpool, which would be the ideal way to alleviate the lack of pivots in the squad without committing to the long term
Liverpool do not want to lose one of their most promising talents, but Bajic has made it clear that he wants to play for Barcelona and not Red Bull Salzburg, who also have an agreement to take him on loan
