Real Madrid are planning to make a surprise move to sign a player at the end of the current summer transfer window.
According to the Spanish network “Relevo”, Real Madrid is promoting the idea of not making any more signings this summer, especially after coach Carlo Ancelotti stated that the list is closed, but the truth is otherwise.
The network indicated that Real Madrid has not yet given up on the deal for Bayern Munich star Alphonso Davies, who still has the door open to join the Merengue this summer.
It revealed that Real Madrid will submit a final offer to sign Davies in the last days of August, which will force Bayern to make a decision on whether to sell him or risk losing him for free after 10 months.
It explained that Real Madrid was planning to implement the same strategy with French defender Lenny Yuro this summer, before losing him to Manchester United.
The Spanish network confirmed that Real Madrid has not changed its position and will not meet the conditions set by Bayern Munich regarding the signing of Alphonso Davies last June.
She said that Real Madrid will offer a suitable amount for the player who is in the last year of his contract in order to force Bayern Munich to sell him and benefit from the money instead of his departure for free next summer.
