Barcelona is close to finalizing the signing of French defender Jules Conde, a player from Sevilla.
“Barcelona is now approaching Conde. Positive contacts this morning, and a full personal agreement has been reached with the player, and work is underway to present the final offer,” said Fabrizio Romano, the famous transfer expert
“Chelsea are tired of waiting for the green light and are ready to look for other options if the Conde deal is not resolved soon,” he added
Conde is considered a primary goal for Barcelona coach Xavi Hernandez, to complete the process of building his team and competing for all championships
Barcelona plans to strengthen the defense line after activating the attack with the inclusion of Robert Lewandowski, and the Catalan team is working to include Cesar Azpilicueta and Marcos Alonso from Chelsea
