Paris Saint-Germain’s Marco Verratti said about his colleague Kylian Mbappe future, whose contract expires at the end of the current season:
“No matter what is Mbappe’s decision, it will have an impact on the club, as he is one of the best players in the world, and we all want him to stay with us.”
Verratti also pointed out via Le Parisien newspaper “But when I talk to Kylian, it’s more for fun and laughter, in football. However, when you have something in your head, and the decision is close, you don’t talk about it much,” the Italian added.
The young international striker continued, “It’s Mbappe’s decision, and I’m waiting for it like everyone else.”
Verratti concluded his statements in this regard with a laugh, “On the last holiday, when I saw notifications about Mbappe’s visit to Madrid, I felt a pain in my stomach, until he said to me after that: Calm down, it’s just a vacation, we are all waiting for the decision.”
It is noteworthy that Paris Saint-Germain joined Mbappe in the summer of 2017, as a loan from Monaco, and then began buying his contract in the summer of 2018 for 180 million euros.
