Officially, Paris Saint-Germain has stopped selling Mbappe shirts on its French website, as he is moving to Real Madrid soon.
The French star name has been closely associated with moving to the Bernabeu this summer as his contract with Paris Saint-Germain will expire soon. It is reported that he refused to extend his contract with the French team in favour of moving to Real Madrid led by Carlo Ancelotti.
Paris Saint-Germain did his best to convince Mbappe to stay with them throughout this season. They even made multiple offers, but the winger refused.
It seems that they have now finally admitted defeat because he is heading towards the exit door after they tried several times to persuade Mbappe to stop leaving, and the deal is expected to be announced next week.
Mbappe spoke on Sunday evening at the National Football Association awards ceremony about his future, as he was named the best player in the league for the third time in a row, and said his future will be decided within “days.”
